Walnut Fudge and Marshmallow Creme Recipe
Butter sides of heavy 3 quart sauce-pan. Add 4 cups sugar, one 13-ounce can evaporated milk, and 1 cup butter. Cook over medium heat to soft-ball stage (234 degrees), stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add one 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces (not imitation chocolate); stir till chocolate is almost melted. Stir in one 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme, 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Neat till chocolate melts completely. Immediately pour fudge into buttered 12x9x2 inch pan. Score fudge while waqrm; ut into pieces when cool and firm.
