Veal Cutlet Parmesan with Pasta Recipe
1 Box favorite Pasta cook as directed
4 to 5 veal cutlets, cut 1/4 inch thick (about 1 pound)
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 beaten egg
3 oz mozzarella cheese
8 ounce can tomato sauce ( if you have sauce in the freezer thaw and use it)
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar, and garlic powder; cook sauce for half an hour.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip veal into beaten eggs then
into bread crumb mixture to cover both sides.
Arrange veal in 12×7-1/2×2 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over veal and bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn meat; bake till tender, 15 to 20 minutes more. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Remove from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve with pasta, and garlic bread.
