1 pound linguini
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound shelled shrimp
10 oz can baby clams
8 oz can of tomatoes
1 tablespoon parsley
Cook linguini according to directions. Drain and set aside:
Peel and crush garlic. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add shrimp and fry, stirring for a few minutes. Add tomatoes.
Drain clams and add to pan with tomatoes and their juice and seasoning. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring to break up tomatoes.
Add linguini to to seafood sauce with parsley toss lightly over a low heat till well coated. Served immediately.
