Quick and Easy Shrimp Bisque Recipe
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced potat
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups milk or cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 8-ounce package froen precooked shrimp, thawed
2 tablespoons butter
In saucepan combine celery, potato ,onion, 1 cup water, 1/2 salt, pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or till potatoes are tender stirring occasionally. Blend milk or cream and flour stir into potato mixture. Add shrimp and butter. Cook and stir till thickened and bubble. Garnish with parsley is desired.
Make 4 servings.
