How to Make Hungarian Goulash

2 pounds boneless beef (sirloin) cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons cooking oil
14 ounces beef broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons paprika
1/3 cup cold water
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Dairy sour cream

In large saucepan brown beef in hot oil; add broth, onion, green pepper, tomato paste, paprika salt to taste. Blend cold water slowly into flour. Stir into beef mixture. Simmer, covered, till meat is tender about 1 1/2 hours; still occasionally. Serve over noodles garnish with dollops of Sour Cream (serves 6)
