Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe 

How to Make Artichoke Dip

1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened (Philadelphia)

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup real mayonnaise

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 clove garlic

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or quiche  dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned.

Serve with vegetable dippers or baked pita bread wedges.


SPECIAL EXTRAS:   To make baked pita bread wedges, cut each of 3 split pita breads into 8 triangles.  Place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.


Prep time:   15 minutes

Bake Time:  25 minutes
