Ham And Cheese Noodle Casserole Recipe Recipe
1 package (12 oz or 340g) pasta noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups chopped vegetables (of frozen) like peas, corn or broccoli
1 1/2 cups fully cooked ham
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set asides with a drizzle of oil stirred in so it does not stick.
In a large bowl, combine the soup and milk. Stir in the noodles, vegetables, ham,pepper, salt, and 1 cup cheese.
Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish or two smaller dishes.
Cover and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cup cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the dish is bubbly.
Garnish with parsley if desired
