Fettuccini Verdi Recipe


8- ounces green noodles (Spinach)

1/4 cup butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature

2 tablespoons finely snipped parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons fresh lemon

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook noodles drain, combine butter, sour cream,  lemon, parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt , and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.  Toss with noodles; top with Parmesan.  Serves 4
