How to Make Easy Lemon Cheesecake
2 packages Cream Cheese softened (8 ounce each)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)
Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time mix until well blended.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream
