Easy Baked Chicken Breast Marinade Recipe


1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
4 tablespoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon fresh lemon
5 Cloves of garlic minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
few sprig of parsley
2 pounds of chicken breasts bone in or out
1 large zip lock bag

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag except the chicken breasts: Shake bag so all ingredients are well mixed; Add chicken to bag shake well again so all chicken is covered with marinade:
Refrigerate for a few hours; When ready to cook preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove chicken breasts with tongs from marinade, place chicken into shallow baking dish, cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour…. Baste chicken with additional marinade up to 10 minutes before removing from oven.
Discard any remaining marinade unless you heat it in a small saucepan and boil for 2-3 minutes, then serve as a sauce for the chicken. Never serve uncooked or undercooked marinade;
Chicken will be delicious and tender: Serve with Mashed Potatoes or Noodles
