Creamy Crab Broccoli Soup Recipe
Delicious tasty soup recipe
1 package (6 to 8 ounces) frozen Alaska King crab, thawed or 1 can (71/2 ounces) Alaska King Crab
1 Package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
pinch salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Drain and slice crab. Cook broccoli according to directions. Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour. Add milk and half-and-half, stirring and cooking until thickened and smooth.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup. Add seasonings, crab and broccoli; heat through.
