Creamy Chicken Soup Recipe


Creamy Chicken soup
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups finely chopped celery
1 sprig of parsley chopped
1 small clove of garlic, pressed
3/4 cup half-and-half
pinch of salt and white pepper
2 cups minced cooked chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Pour stock into large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add celery and garlic; simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Pour into a blender container and process until pureed; return to saucepan.
Add cream salt and pepper; bring just to boiling. Stir in chicken and cheese; heat, stirring until cheese is melted and soup is well blended.
Serves 6 to 8
