How to Make Cream Puffs

In saucepan melt 1/2 cup butter in 1 cup boiling water.  Add 1 cup all-purpose  flour in boiling 1/4 teaspoon salt;  stir vigorously.  Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that doesn’t separate.  Cool slightly.  Add 4 eggs, one at a time; beat after each till smooth.  Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.  Bake at 400 degrees till golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Split; cool on rack for a crisp, hollow puff, remove excess center member brane before cooling. Fill with Whipped Cream or Chocolate Pudding:  Sprinkle with powdered sugar when ready to serve.  You can also drizzle melted chocolate over tops!
