Cranberry-Walnut Pudding Recipe
1-1/4 cups fresh cranberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup-all purpose flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
Spread cranberries in a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Beat egg till thick; slowly add granulated sugar, beating until well blended.
Add flour and butter; beat well. Pour over cranberries.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve warm with favorite ice cream.
