Chocolate Ganache Recipe
For Chocolate Ganache
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Chocolate Ganache:
Pour cream into a medium saucepan and heat over medium low heat.
Once the cream is hot; remove from heat and add the chocolate chips.
Keep stirring until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Allow the ganache to cool completely
Cover a cake in Ganache simply delicious: Put in middle of cake making circles and let it drip down the sides of cake:
