Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 ounces)
2 cups half and half
2 packages (4-serving size) jello chocolate flavored instant pudding
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon half and half and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Mix heavy cream with electric mixer, until soft peaks; gently fold 1/2 of whipped cream into cream cheese mixture;
spread on the bottom of graham cracker crust.
Pour 2 cups of half and half into bowl. Add pudding mixes, beat with electric mixer until thick.
Fold in remaining whipped cream (reserving 1/4 cup for garnish.) Spread mixture evenly over cream cheese layer. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate morsels if desired.
Refrigerate until set about 5 hours
