How to make Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
Recipe for Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch)
2 packages (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Microwave caramel and milk in small bowl on high 2 minutes or until smooth stirring every minute. Stir in pecans: Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Pour over caramel mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool. Then Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with pecan halves and caramel sauce.
