How to Make Black Forest Cherry Cheesecake!
2 packages (8 Ounces each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 squares baker’s semi sweet chocolate melted slightly cooked
1 ready to use chocolate flavor crumbs crust (9 Inch)
1 cup whipped cream I use heavy cream
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium-speed until well blended.
Add eggs mix until blended. Stir in melted Chocolate.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool, Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Spread with Whipped Cream over chilled cheesecake; cover with pie filling.
Bake time about 40 minutes
